2018 retrospective and getting this properly set up again.

The last year has been a bit of a busy / rough one. And thus as this site is for a hobby it has gone a bit on the neglected side. Now that things have settled a bit, I’ll try and keep it back up to date as much as possible.

So an update for the last year. Dragon Con 2018 was quite a success, all but three of the major pieces brought found homes, which really pleases me. Unlike a lot of artists, that were there, I’ve only really sold artwork at Dragon Con. So it always pleases me when someone bumps into this outlier in the fantasy and science fiction related art show then decides. “I want this at my workplace or home.” So another thank you to everyone who’s done that.

Jury for Dragon Con 2019 looms ahead, and the format of the show has changed for this year. The silent auction and print shops are gone, but I’ve had people asking me to get a booth for the last few years now anyway. Maybe it’s time to pull the trigger on that.

Either way, I’ll see you all at the convention in seven months.

Again, my apologies for taking so long getting this back up and running.

~ Darryl

P.S. Expect new artwork on here as of today.

Post Dragon Con

So this year's Dragon Con is over and we are well into 'post con'.

There are 4 of the big pieces still available:  Clockwork, Vexed, Arcane Eye, and Conflux. If you are interesed in purchasing any of them please click the "Contact" and send a message to Darryl.

We are still working on getting the print shop up on the site.

For next year Darryl is thinking about getting a booth/table in the art show since he likes to hang out and talk to people at his bay. This way we can, you know, sit down. Hopefully by then some of our other ideas for merchandise might come to fruition.

We'll see how it all goes! Thanks for the awesome Dragon Con everyone and we hope to see you next year.

Welcome to the new website!

It's taken awhile but we finally have Darryl's Fractal website up and running! It's been in the works for over a year with several trials and errors. At this point in time the gallery is live, as is the blog and event calendar. The print shop is still in the works and with hope will be done in time for Dragon Con 2017.

So how does everyone like the new site? Comments, suggestions?
